REALTOR Dawn Properties Consultancy Private Limited (Dawn) has been recertified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, a globally recognized quality management standard. Dawn offers real estate services such as property management, assessments, agency, and projects in Zimbabwe and the surrounding region. Dawn managing director John Ndere stated at the ISO certification event in Harare on Tuesday that the successful recertification was a strong evidence of the organization's ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality.

"We are gathered here to commemorate a significant milestone for our company: the successful recertification of our quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This is an important accomplishment for our organization because it indicates our ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service, and continuous improvement," he stated. "The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally-recognised symbol of excellence, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team."

Ndere stated that the organization has stayed committed to quality in the years after its last accreditation. "Over the past years since our last certification, we have remained steadfast in our pursuit of quality," the leader of Dawn disclosed. "We have worked relentlessly to improve our procedures, rectify any nonconformities, and promote innovation throughout the business. This recertification reflects those efforts and validates the strong quality management system we have in place."

Dawn company secretary Clever Chinoda stated that the certification solidified the group's status as a worldwide player. "Our systems have undergone stringent evaluation on the global stage by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), our international certification body, through our Mauritian partner, AJA," he told reporters. "This certification strengthens our position as a worldwide player, and we are honored to be a part of this prestigious association. In this sense, we have been granted permission to use the UKAS and AJA trademarks as a symbol of quality service."
